The book is wonderful and I will use it as a reference constantly; however I was disappointed that I did not receive the CDs as promised. I haven’t heard anything back from Amazon.

I am a new yoga instructor and wanted to learn the Sanskrit language. This is a helpful guide for learning pronunciation and has great illustrations for different levels of Ashtanga sequences to follow. I recommend this book w/CDs to anyone wanting to go deeper in their practice and enhance their yoga journey.
